Membership Fees remain the same for 2011: New Members 600baht Renewals 150baht.
Calendar of events: International Scramble in March, Scrambles in May & August, Annual Tournament 10 - 21 October.
Knockout Competition started in 2010 to be continued this year organised by Mr.B. and start date to be advised but competition to be completed prior to annual tournament.
Haydn proposed that the Mae Jo day be moved from Tuesday - Not Carried.
The committee is to try to arrange a monthly away event at a reasonable price other than Lanna or Mae Jo.
Since the club now uses Lanna Sports Days there is no requirement for members to produce ID as in the previous concession arrangement and therefore it was decided for economic reasons not to have membership cards made up for 2011 or until such time as they may be necessary and only then to make them as cheaply as possible.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 2015 hours.
